The City of Chula Vista is seeking proposals from experienced vendors to provide a secure, cloud-based software solution that automates communication among law enforcement, tow operators, and vehicle owners. The system aims to streamline towing, storage, release, and impound processes, enhance transparency, reduce manual work, and provide timely, accurate information. The vendor shall deliver a turnkey software solution supporting the entire lifecycle of vehicle towing and impound events, including real-time communication, automated notifications, auditable records, and integration with existing systems where feasible. The contract is for an initial term of one year with four optional one-year renewals.
