Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive Development Services Department Permit Fee Study for the City of Chula Vista. The study includes a full cost-of-service analysis, modernization of the Master Fee schedules, and evaluation of deposit-based versus flat-fee structures.
