Clay County Board of County Commissioners is requesting quotes from qualified Contractors for approximately two hundred feet (200') of cured-in-place pipe lining for Springhaven Road, Orange Park, FL 32065. The scope includes site investigation, cleaning, pre- and post-installation CCTV inspections, bypass pumping, installation and curing of a CIPP liner, end sealing, and site restoration. The work must minimize disruption to traffic and residents and comply with ASTM standards and manufacturer specifications.
