Clay County Board of County Commissioners is requesting quotes from qualified Contractors for approximately two hundred feet (200') of cured-in-place pipe lining for Springhaven Road, Orange Park, FL 32065. The scope includes site investigation, cleaning, pre- and post-installation CCTV inspections, bypass pumping, installation and curing of a CIPP liner, end sealing, and site restoration. The work must minimize disruption to traffic and residents and comply with ASTM standards and manufacturer specifications. The project is supported by FEMA Grant No. 2024/2025-75 and requires contractors to be licensed, obtain permits, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
