Description

The City of Vista and Buena Sanitation District is soliciting proposals from qualified professional contractors to provide as-needed sewer line cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection services. The services include removing roots, grease, silt, and debris from sewer lines using methods such as vactoring, jetting, bucketing, and video inspection. The contract term is two years with the possibility of three optional one-year renewals. Proposals will be evaluated based on best value, not just lowest price.
