The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) to find qualified vendors for a Vendor of Record roster to provide industrial vacuum truck and related services for South Peel Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants. The Master Agreement will be awarded to all vendors scoring above 60 and will last until March 31, 2028. Current vendors wishing to extend services must declare intent, and new bidders or those previously not invited may submit bids. Entities with terminated agreements under a previous arrangement are ineligible.
