Description
Anoka County is soliciting proposals for food service management at its community corrections facilities, including the Juvenile Center and the Workhouse. The contractor must comply with the federal National School Lunch Program (NSLP) nutritional and menu requirements year-round for three meals per day, excluding Workhouse bag lunches. The scope includes providing all necessary food, beverages, materials, and labor to manage commercial kitchen operations with assistance from adult inmate workers. Two separate contracts will be awarded: one for the Anoka County Juvenile Center (School Food Authority) and one for the Anoka County Workhouse.
