PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) – Valcartier Research Centre (VRC), is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to obtain scientific and technical support for the development of hyperspectral imaging platforms, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
