Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) has determined that the sole producer/exporter of thermal paper from the Republic of Korea did not sell the subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review from November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. The review rescinded the administrative review in part for Tele-Paper due to withdrawal of the review request. The final weighted-average dumping margin for Hansol Paper Company is zero percent. Antidumping duties will be assessed accordingly, with specific instructions for Customs and Border Protection.
