Description

This solicitation is for the printing, bindery, and mail preparation of full color newsletters for the City of Burbank. The newsletters will be distributed to all residents in the City and an additional 500 copies delivered to Burbank Water and Power. The vendor must perform color corrections, print, score, fold, tab, sort, and deliver the newsletters to the Post Office for mailing. The solicitation includes two line items: a total sum for an 8-page issue and a 12-page issue. The selected vendor must also provide print and mail services for ad hoc projects such as letter-sized mailings, postcards, and other direct mail projects.
