Description
The Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, invites the public and Federal agencies to comment on proposed and continuing information collections related to the designation of Fishery Management Council Members and the application for reinstatement of State authority. This notice allows for 60 days of public comment before submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The information collection supports compliance with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act regarding Council membership and state authority.
