This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid for the repair, restoration, recaulking, and cleaning of building envelope components at the Johnson County Administration Building. The work includes all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any other items necessary to complete the project. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required for General Contractors/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid.
