Description
The City of Hayward, Development Services Department, Planning Division is seeking an experienced and qualified vendor to provide Environmental Consulting Services. The services include preparation of initial studies, checklists, negative declarations, mitigated negative declarations, environmental impact reports (EIRs), and required noticing documents. The consultant will also attend public hearings to provide technical support and analyze potential impacts in areas such as air quality, energy, hydrology, geology, noise, transportation, and biological, cultural, tribal, and historic resources. The City requests qualifications from firms to provide California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and/or National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) services for development projects submitted to the Planning Division.
