The Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, 81st Contracting Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base is seeking contractor support for Omnissa Horizon software used in its Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). - Government Buyer: - Department of Defense, Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command, 81st Contracting Squadron (81 CONS CC) - 81st Communications Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi - OEM Highlight: - Omnissa (manufacturer of Horizon software and Blast Extreme protocol) - Services Requested: - 50 hours of ad hoc operational support for Omnissa Horizon software in the VDI environment - Initial technical assessment of VDI architecture for modernization recommendations - Implementation of Omnissa Blast Extreme protocol to replace PCoIP protocol (end of support in 2028) - Ongoing technical support and remote assistance to resolve service degradation and optimize VDI performance - Follow-up technical assessment and optimization review for Emergency Operations Center operations - Products/Protocols: - Omnissa Horizon software - Omnissa Blast Extreme protocol - Unique Requirements: - Support hours may roll over to subsequent annual renewal agreements - Services must support the Emergency Operations Center in Buildings 4213 and 4330 at Keesler AFB - Technical modernization and protocol migration are required to maintain operational continuity - Place of Performance: - Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi (including Emergency Operations Center in Buildings 4213 and 4330)

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation, but market research to determine potential sources to Software Support on Keesler AFB, MS as described in the attached Performance Work Statemetn (PWS).

This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. Further, we are not at this time seeking proposals; therefore, DO NOT request a copy of a solicitation or submit a proposal as a result of this notice. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this sources sought and that all submissions become Government property and will not be returned. All costs associated with responding to this sources sought will be solely at the responding party's expense.

Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, should one be issued. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No basis for claim against the Government shall arise from a response to the notice. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the SAM.gov website for additional information pertaining to this sources sought.

RESPONSE INFORMATION: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be received no later than 1:00 PM CST, on Friday, 15 May 2026. Responses and/or inquiries WILL NOT be accepted past the deadline.

Interested parties should include their company name, address, phone number, point of contact, CAGE code, company size status, and whether or not they are a U.S. or foreign-owned firm. All interested parties must provide a response containing a written statement confirming they can comply with the Government needs as specified in the Performance Work Statment (PWS), any associated product literature, and if the items are located on a Federal Supply Schedule contract.
