Description

The City of Leesburg is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced respondents to provide Design-Build Services pursuant to the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The project involves the turn-key design, permitting, and construction of eight to twelve lighted pickleball courts with permanent posts and a well-planned connection between park features. Additionally, the proposal includes resurfacing four tennis courts located at the corner of South Palmetto Street and Woodward Street. The contract will cover all labor, administration, design, equipment, materials, permitting, and construction of the pickleball courts.
