Description

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is soliciting sealed responses for Renewable Fuel Standard Renewable Identification Number Verification Services. The contract requires a qualified firm to provide comprehensive Renewable Identification Number (RIN) verification services in accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Quality Assurance Plan. The scope includes developing and implementing a RIN Quality Assurance Program, performing ongoing verification services, and ensuring compliance and marketability of RINs produced at WSSC's Bio-Energy facility. The contract term is three years with a two-year option, and submissions must be made electronically via WSSC's eProcurement Portal by May 28, 2026, 2:00 pm.
