RFI: Youth Development Curriculum Development and Training Facilitation

The County of Los Angeles Department of Youth Development is seeking information from organizations and practitioners with expertise in youth development curriculum and training facilitation for youth-serving professionals. - Government Buyer: - County of Los Angeles Department of Youth Development - Requested Services: - Development of a Youth Development Core Training Curriculum for youth-serving professionals - Includes literature review, co-development of learning objectives, evaluation methods, and curriculum refinement based on stakeholder feedback - Emphasis on evidence-informed youth development frameworks, theories, and practices, including restorative justice - Facilitation of training sessions - Delivery of structured curriculum - Use of dynamic facilitation structures - Ongoing coaching and individual support for participants - Requirements: - Respondents must provide documentation of relevant experience, curricula, and training materials - Experience in co-developing learning objectives and evaluation methods is required - Ability to refine curriculum based on stakeholder feedback - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the opportunity - This is an information-gathering RFI, not a solicitation for contract or purchase
