Conservation Halton – Glen Eden is seeking a turnkey Design-Builder to act as Constructor and prime contractor for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a new aerial chairlift system at a site where the existing lift has been removed. The procurement follows a design-build delivery model resulting in a CCDC 14 (Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract). The scope includes onsite assessment of existing infrastructure, installation of new foundations, terminals, towers, haul rope, chairs, drives, controls, safety systems, electrical tie-in, commissioning, and regulatory approval as required.
