The Maryland Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide two all-inclusive summer camps for military youth and teens within 100 miles of Baltimore, MD. - Government Buyer: - Maryland Army National Guard, Child & Youth Program - Offices: W7ND USPFO ACTIVITY MD ARNG (Havre de Grace, MD) and W8A5 MDARNG ELEMENT, JF HQ (Baltimore, MD) - Products/Services Requested: - Two separate 5-day summer camps: - Youth Homefront Challenge Camp: 34 youth (ages 7-12) + 2 staff (June session) - Teen Adventure Camp: 30 teens (ages 13-18) + 2 staff (August session) - All-inclusive nature/wilderness camp setting - Lodging in enclosed, climate-controlled buildings with beds, potable water, and bathroom/shower facilities - Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) with vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options - Certified safety instructors for activities such as rock climbing and wilderness adventure challenges - Evidence-based leadership, resiliency, and life-skills training - Gender-separated lodging and adherence to COVID-19 mitigation protocols - Quantities: - Lodging and meals for 36 (youth camp) and 32 (teen camp) attendees, including staff - 13 meals and 3 snacks per attendee per camp - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Venue must be within a 100-mile radius of Baltimore, MD (219 29th Division St, Baltimore, MD 21201) - All services, personnel, equipment, and supplies must be provided by the contractor - Camps must be safe, family-friendly, and support military dependents' resilience and leadership development - No specific OEMs or named vendors are referenced in the solicitation or attachments.

Description

The Maryland National Guard Child and Youth Program provides team building, resiliency, and leadership opportunity for Military Dependents. The summer camps will facilitate youth leadership training that focuses on leadership training and life-skill building activities that prepare youth to cope with the challenges of being a military youth and reduce risk-taking behaviors.

All-inclusive nature/wilderness camp setting within 100 miles radius of 219 29th Division St, Baltimore, MD 21201. The venue must provide meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as lodging. Please see attached PWS for more information. 

Period of Performance: 22-26 Jun 2026 and 03-07 Aug 2026.
