Description

The County of Rockland, on behalf of the Empire State Cooperative Procurement Alliance (ESCPA), is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional auction services for the sale and disposal of surplus municipal personal property, equipment, and vehicles. The contract resulting from this RFP will be available for use by the County of Rockland and other authorized entities throughout New York State. This cooperative contract aims to provide broad statewide utility similar to a New York State contract. Real estate auction services are excluded from this solicitation and may be subject to a separate solicitation in the future.
