Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is soliciting proposals for job order contracting services across multiple trades to perform minor construction repair services. The goal is to establish a pool of qualified contractors capable of delivering timely, high-quality maintenance, repair, renovation, and minor construction services to support campus operations. The work will be awarded through Job Order Contracts as outlined in Section 2269, subchapter I, of the Texas Education Code. A virtual initial public conference is scheduled for June 2, 2026, and the proposal submission deadline is June 25, 2026.
