Description

The County of Montgomery, Health and Human Services Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations to design and operate a Master Leasing Program for unhoused single adults with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). The program is a minimum 10-unit pilot aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness of an integrated supportive housing intervention for individuals who are homeless and have recently completed a halfway house level of care or recovery house stay but lack safe or stable housing. The program pairs immediate access to housing with connections to OUD-focused services, supported through Opioid Settlement funding.
