The Government of New Brunswick, through Service New Brunswick, is seeking to establish a contract for the supply of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), batteries, warranty, repair, accessories, and support services. The contract includes accessories directly related to and compatible with the UPS equipment such as replacement batteries, cabling, mounting rails, communication cards, and environmental sensors. The term of the contract is three years with up to seven optional one-year renewals. Vendors must meet mandatory submission requirements including product specifications, security and privacy controls, and pricing based on a minimum percentage discount off current manufacturers' suggested retail price (MSRP).
