Description

The City of Franklin, Tennessee is soliciting sealed written bids for the construction of sidewalks on both sides of S.R. 106 (Lewisburg Pike) from just north of Stewart Street to just east of Collins' Farm, including an at-grade pedestrian crossing. The project scope includes multiple utility relocations, concrete curb and gutter, drainage, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, temporary traffic control, erosion prevention and sediment control, permanent signage, and pavement markings and striping. Bids must comply with the City's specifications and procurement documents, including any issued addenda. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor informalities.
