The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is seeking proposals for right of way appraisal, acquisition, and relocation services for the Vine Rd Reconstruction project from KGB Rd to Hollywood Road and HSIP Vine Rd/Hollywood Intersection Improvements. Services must comply with the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Act and the Department's Right of Way Manual.
