The City of Leesburg is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced respondents to provide Design-Build Services pursuant to the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), for the turn-key design, permitting, and construction of eight to twelve lighted pickleball courts with permanent posts, and a well-planned connection between park features. The project site is on South Palmetto Street. The solicitation also includes resurfacing four tennis courts on the corner of South Palmetto Street and Woodward Street. The purpose is to establish a one-time contract with a design-build firm to provide all labor, administration, design, equipment, materials, permitting, and construction of the pickleball courts.
