Marion County is seeking to procure a provider for the MapImport Utility license and the Geofile Cross-Reference Module required to interface the County’s 911 location mapping system with the existing TriTech Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) platform. These software components must match and integrate with the current TriTech CAD environment to ensure accurate address validation, seamless GIS data exchange, and reliable emergency response mapping. Due to the proprietary nature of the interface and the need for full compatibility with the existing CAD system, alternative software products cannot be substituted without significant operational disruption.
