Description

This solicitation is for the extension of existing campus infrastructure at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College's North Campus. The work includes private water and sewer distribution system extensions and a private road extension to support the expansion of the south end of the North Campus. The General Contractor will act as the Prime Contractor for this single-prime contract and is responsible for hiring Owner approved sub-contractors to provide all necessary support work for turnkey installation without additional funding by the Owner.
