Description

The Town of Sharpsburg is soliciting separate sealed bids for the demolition/clearance and asbestos removal of one house, as well as the provision and installation of one State Building Code modular house. Bids will be received at Sharpsburg Town Hall on May 27, 2026, with demolition bids opening at 10:00 a.m. and modular house bids at 11:00 a.m. The project is funded by a $750,000 federal 2021 CDBG-NR grant covering 100% of the total costs. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal CDBG requirements, including non-discrimination laws and labor standards, and the Town encourages participation from Small, Minority/Women Owned Businesses and HUBs.
