The Town of Princeville is soliciting separate sealed bids for the demolition and clearance of two houses and the provision and installation of two State Building Code modular houses. Bids will be received at the Princeville Town Hall on June 3, 2026, with demolition bids opening at 10:00 a.m. and modular house bids at 11:00 a.m. The project is funded by a federal 2021 CDBG-NR grant covering 100% of the costs, and all federal requirements will apply.
