The City of Daytona Beach is seeking a qualified and experienced consulting team to design a new Comprehensive Master Plan and associated construction ready design document package for a new 38-acre park located on LPGA Boulevard. The project deliverables must include all necessary Landscape, Civil, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical drawings required to bid and construct the new park, facilities, and associated infrastructure.
