The City of Elgin is soliciting bids for pool chemicals to be delivered to its three public swimming pools. Deliveries are required once a week or as needed from early June through Labor Day weekend for outdoor pools, and through April 1, 2027, for the indoor pool. The chemicals must be delivered FOB destination to specified locations in Elgin, Illinois. Bidders must submit their bids via the City's web portal by May 19, 2026, at 3:00 pm CT, and questions can be directed to the Procurement Manager.
