The City of Minneapolis, Community Planning and Economic Development Department (CPED), Planning Division seeks to establish a pool of qualified consulting firms and organizations to provide on-call professional planning and related technical services. The selected consultants will operate under a three-year contract with work assigned through individual work orders at the City's discretion. The purpose is to supplement City staff capacity, provide specialized technical expertise, and support the creation of the Minneapolis 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. Selection to the consulting pool does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.
