Description
This Invitation For Bid is for the general maintenance and improvements of the City of Laredo El Metro Transit Center Building. The scope includes selective demolition, repairs to exterior masonry veneer, replacement of HVAC air handler units, associated ductwork, chilled water lines, and control system wiring. The project also involves the introduction of a new HVAC controls system and a new public address system as per the plans and specifications prepared by Sepulveda Associates Architects, Inc. The construction contract time is 240 working days.
