The U.S. Marine Corps is seeking professional fine art photography services to document, digitize, and reproduce the National Museum of the Marine Corps' (NMMC) art and artifact collections. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, MCINCR-MCB Quantico, Director Regional Contracting - National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) and Museum Support Facility (MSF) - Scope of Services: - Onsite location photography of fine art and 3D artifacts at NMMC and MSF - Setup rates for small (1-10), medium (11-40), and large (41+) photography projects - Per-item photography including 4x5 proof prints and digital files (TIF and JPG) - Digital retouching (light) - Reproduction of fine art prints on canvas and fine art or watercolor paper (priced per square inch) - Intake meetings, site visits, and workspace review - Delivery of digital files via Dropbox and external hard drive; proof prints by mail - Quantities and Deliverables: - Estimated total of 300,000 items to be photographed, scanned, and reproduced over a 5-year ordering period - Example task order: photography and documentation of 40 works of art - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must be performed onsite at NMMC and/or MSF - Archival-quality digital imaging and print reproduction for research and preservation - Lead times for individual sessions range from 5 to 15 days depending on project size - All images must be delivered in both digital and physical formats - Contract is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 541922 - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; open to qualified small business providers of professional photography and fine art reproduction services

A draft copy of task order 1 is attached to provide additional details on task order structure. Since this is still a draft, some details may change prior to official issuance at time of award.
SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS: Questions shall be submitted no later than 11:00AM EST on Thursday, May 14th, 2026. Late questions will not be accepted. Responses to questions will be answered via solicitation amendment. No follow up questions will be answered.
