Description

The Town of Princeville is soliciting separate sealed bids for the demolition and clearance of two houses and the provision and installation of two new modular homes built to the state building code. Bids will be received at the Princeville Town Hall on June 3, 2026, with the demolition bids opening at 10:00 a.m. and the modular homes bids at 11:00 a.m. The project is funded by a federal 2021 CDBG-NR grant covering 100% of the total project costs, including housing clearance, reconstruction, and rehabilitation activities. The Town encourages participation from small, minority, women-owned, veteran-owned, HUB, and Section 3 businesses.
