Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP) invites proposals from proponents for the provision of a School Lunch Program. The District intends to enter into a contract with up to two service providers if the program needs cannot be met by a single provider. The initial contract term is three years from September 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with possible extensions up to four additional years. The contract may be extended with one-year or two-year terms upon written notice at least 90 days prior to the extension start.
