Description

The State Comptroller, Office of the State of New York, seeks qualified firms to provide printing services for the NYSLRS newsletters. The newsletters are issued twice a year to approximately 510,000 retirees and beneficiaries. The contractor is responsible for printing, mailing, providing proofs, postage estimates, folding, tabbing, and mailing the newsletters.
