Description

The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education is seeking third-party student recruitment agencies to partner with and recruit prospective international students for academic programs and/or the English Language Program at one or more of its ten universities. This Invitation to Qualify aims to select a pool of qualified firms and individuals capable of providing international student recruitment services. Multiple participation award contracts will be made, allowing contractors to provide services on an as-needed basis without guarantee of work. Contracts will be awarded on a university-by-university basis based on needs and value.
