Description

This solicitation seeks the development of biosensors for water contaminants of Department of Defense concern, including PFAS, toxins, and uranium. The project involves creating a metagenomic pipeline for biosensor discovery, engineering biosensors for improved performance, and demonstrating their portability into biological systems.
