Fulton County, Georgia is seeking development proposals from qualified developers or development teams to redevelop three county-owned parcels located on Fulton Industrial Boulevard. The scope of work includes conducting environmental review, refining development concepts and financial models, negotiating agreement terms with the County, obtaining project entitlements, and securing project funding. The project involves approximately 5.0 acres of county-owned sites. The selected developer will begin tasks between selection and signing of the Development Agreement.
