Sealed proposals are being solicited for Construction Managers (CM) for the Jenkins County Schools Athletic Projects. The Jenkins County Board of Education plans to select the most qualified Construction Management Firm to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for the construction of the project. The procurement will follow the Georgia Local Government Public Works Construction Law, O.C.G.A., 36-91-1. Proposal packages can be requested in writing via mail or email from James W. Buckley and Associates, Inc. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
