The Town of Brighton is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from specialized telecommunications contractors to prequalify them for the design and construction of a fiber optic network (Fiber-to-the-Premises) to serve approximately 558 residential and commercial premises. This is a prequalification process, after which an approved vendor list will be established. Only contractors on this list will be eligible to submit proposals for the full project scope, which will include detailed scope of work, sealed Technical and Price Proposals, and evaluation of cost and qualifications. The solicitation is open from May 7th, 2026 to May 21st, 2026.
