Olds College is seeking a specialized, experienced contractor to provide SBS roof replacement on the Industry Training Centre and Equine Centre at the Olds College campus in Olds, Alberta. The current roofs are built-up systems (BUR) including tar and gravel, nearing the end of their functional life. The project aims to replace these roofs with a SBS system with a projected lifespan of over 30 years. A consultant has been engaged to work with the Olds College Project Manager during design, construction, deficiencies, and warranty phases.
