The State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS), is seeking professional services to ensure that DDDS eligible individuals who are Deaf and use American Sign Language (ASL) or some form of ASL have access to routine and ongoing communication with their support staff and housemates. The services include facilitated communication opportunities and education to Direct Support Professionals about Deaf Culture and functional ASL vocabulary.
