Description

The State of Delaware Department of Education is seeking professional services to provide shipping services for science materials. The vendor will be responsible for providing all equipment, materials, and labor to support the Department's shipping needs, including coordinating shipping and receiving events at the John Collette Education Resource Center and various school locations. The services include unloading trucks, placing bins/materials on designated pallets sorted by kit or grade level, and verifying delivery of each bin at the correct location. Approximately 10,000 science kits and 25,000 bins/items are shipped annually. Services are to be provided during normal work hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a lunch break from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.
