The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) falls under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). NSWCDD is an engineering, software development, and system test and integration center for Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDTE) components of the US Navy.
