The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to assemble, install, and test a 10-ton Wallace Gantry Crane with hoist at Fort Bragg, North Carolina for the 76th Operational Readiness Command (ORC). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, MICC Fort McCoy (RC), KO Directorate of Contracting - 76th Operational Readiness Command (ORC), CECS East, Fort Bragg, NC - OEMs and Vendors: - Wallace (OEM for the gantry crane) - Harrington Hoists, Inc. (OEM for electric chain hoist, referenced in technical documentation) - Products/Services Requested: - Assembly, installation, and testing of a government-furnished 10-ton Wallace Gantry Crane with hoist - Includes mechanical and electrical assembly, start-up, and load testing - Certified load testing at 125% rated load (25,000 lbs) per OSHA and ASME standards - Pre-assembly inspection, documentation, and safety certification - Mobilization/demobilization of all equipment and removal of debris - Provision of contractor employee identification badges for site access - Electric chain hoist (10-ton, government-furnished, technical specs reference Harrington Hoists ER2/NER2 Series) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with OSHA 1910.179, ASME B30.16, and B30.17 standards - All work must be performed Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding federal holidays - Contractor must maintain a safe work area and establish a safety perimeter during load testing - Contractor employees must complete antiterrorism (AT) and operations security (OPSEC) training - Total Small Business Set-Aside - All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to be provided by the contractor - Offers must be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services, prepared per FAR Part 12. This announcement serves as the only solicitation; no separate written document will be issued. Important Submission Note: Offers must be submitted directly through the PIEE Solicitation Module. We will not accept submissions via DoD SAFE, third-party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites, or proprietary links. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary to manage and perform Assembly, Installation, and Testing of 10-Ton Wallace Gantry Crane w/Hoist Services for 76th ORD, IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a period of performance of 01 June 2026 – 30 June 2026.
