The U.S. Navy, through NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella Naples Detachment and the Commander, Navy Region Europe, Africa Central (CNREURAFCENT) Payroll Office, is announcing a virtual Industry Day for an upcoming procurement of Host Nation Payroll & Timekeeping Software Services and Support. - Event Purpose: - Industry Day to present technical requirements and gather industry feedback for Host Nation Payroll & Timekeeping Software Services - Pre-solicitation engagement, not a formal RFP/RFQ - Requirements Overview: - SaaS platform for payroll and timekeeping, supporting ~4,000 Host Nation employees across Italy, Bahrain, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Greece, and other locations - Must be FEDRAMP authorized and DISA approved - Compliance with local labor laws and multi-country payroll calculations - Employee self-service, leave management, reporting, and integration with government systems - Dedicated hosting environment (hardware infrastructure, disaster recovery, backup) - Technical support (24-hour response, business hours availability, 24/7 e-timecard system) - Software documentation, updates, and end-of-contract data transfer - Cybersecurity requirements: ISO/IEC 27001 certification, DISA Cloud CSP onboarding, eMASS documentation - No specific vendors, OEMs, part numbers, or purchase quantities are listed - Place of performance includes multiple countries and U.S. Navy facilities; contracting office is NAVSUP FLC Sigonella Naples Office - Opportunity is open for industry input and potential future competition

Industry Day:  Host Nation Payroll & Timekeeping Software Services

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, Naples Detachment (FLCSI-N) invites you to attend a Virtual Industry Day to discuss an upcoming requirement for Host Nation Payroll & Timekeeping Software Services & Support.  This virtual event is an opportunity for the Navy to present technical requirements, gather industry feedback, and foster open communication.  A DRAFT Performance Work Statement is attached for your review. 

Note:  This virtual event was previously announced under Notice ID N68171-26-Payroll-ID.  All questions received under that announcement will be shared prior to or at the time of the event.   No further questions are being accepted at this time.
