The U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces, is seeking small business vendors to provide rental and support services for Portable Office Spaces (POS) and associated equipment in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), FA5234 Contracting Office at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI - Products and Equipment Requested: - Portable Office Spaces (10x20 and 10x40, including double-wide units) - Must include overhead lighting, power receptacles, air conditioning, electrical systems, breaker panel, weather-protected cable access, two exterior exits with lock combo packs, outdoor lighting, and battery-powered emergency exit signs - Office furnishings: tables (5 or 6 foot), chairs, trash cans (13 gallon), refrigerators, microwaves - Power generators (with maintenance, fuel, automatic transfer switch, and grounding) - Must support up to 18 personnel and 10 printers/copiers, with 24/7 support and two-hour emergency response - Security fencing and gates (8-10 feet tall, 6-10 feet wide, with barricades and posts) - Services Requested: - Setup, teardown, mobilization, and demobilization of all equipment - Maintenance and emergency repair (including generator support) - Emergency evacuation and remobilization within 48 hours for severe weather or national security events - Unique/Notable Requirements: - POS units must be able to support military operations and be secured against severe weather - Contractor must provide 24/7 generator support and rapid emergency response - All work must comply with commercial and industrial standards - Rental periods and delivery schedules will be specified per call under the BPA - No specific OEMs or part numbers are listed; vendors may propose commercial solutions that meet the requirements.

Description

This is a solicitation for commercial services using a Blanket Purchase Agreement prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA523426Q0009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Portable Office Spaces (POS) BPA. Supplier shall provide POSs for Government personnel in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Price List  when requested by an individual identified on the Authorized Caller letter. The period of performance is 5 months from date of Blanket Purchase Agreement establishment. All work shall be in accordance with commercial and industrial standards. 

This acquisition is Total Set Aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Payment will be paid by Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All costs associated with the use of these cards (i.e. transaction fees) shall be included in the price identified in the Price List for applicable of service or item.
