NAVSUP FLC San Diego is seeking small business contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE (PHIBCB ONE) - NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (NAVSUP FLC SAN DIEGO) - Services Requested: - Scaffolding erection and dismantling for hopper access and fall protection - Surface preparation of hopper via abrasive blasting using approved media - Application of high-solids epoxy protective coating system per manufacturer specifications - Removal and installation of a new guillotine assembly, including welding by qualified personnel - Waste handling and disposal of grit, solvents, and hazardous materials in compliance with Navy safety and environmental standards - Products/Materials: - Scaffolding materials and equipment - Abrasive blasting media - High-solids epoxy coating system - Guillotine assembly (1 unit) - Unique Requirements: - All labor, materials, and equipment must be provided by the contractor - Certified blasting, painting, and welding personnel required - Compliance with Navy safety, environmental, and hazardous waste regulations - Estimated labor effort is 181 man-hours - No specific OEMs or part numbers are identified; contractors must use manufacturer-approved coating systems and provide new guillotine assemblies. - Place of Performance: - Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, San Diego, CA
